All orders require 1 business day for processing before they are shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
 
DELIVERY TIMES
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
 
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
 
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
 
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Every order includes shipping protection for added peace of mind. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
 
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
 
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at petalry58@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
 
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
